Here they are in all their sweet perfumed glory.
I cant believe how massive they have grown, but im getting a lot of enjoyment out of seeing them and their pretty flowers. I don't think my photography skills have done them justice though.
It looks a little bit out of place, taking up centre stage in the veggie patch but I didn't think clumping the whole seedling punnet together would produce growth over the obelisk of this magnatude. Though it is quite the attention grabber when you walk out into the backyard,
Cam reckons it's a bit pointless as its a non fruiting variety but I say, ah whatever to that!
It was a little windy yesterday afternoon, however you should have had a wiff in my backyard earlier in morning. It was like being in my own real time florist shop.
That has made it all worthwhile.
Its a bit of a purple fest I have concluded, however Im glad I have waited to post this today as all of a sudden there have been flashes of pink, lilac and red popping up in the most inconspicuous places.
I think I better go and pick some to have inside the house. I shall instagram it for you to behold.
What's been your favourite flower in waiting this spring?
